Very glitchy and full of incorrect information. After several error messages to log in and after finally being able to log in. All the delivery information is incorrect. You would think that the best thing to utilize would be to track your shipment. Unfortunately that is not the case. The prompt to contact the courier always gives you an invalid number and tracking is very random. They tell you it's out for delivery to the wrong address from what is inserted and many other issues are present.

Terrible service, with no customer support. I need to contact them to give delivery instructions, even though they have my address. Well, when i put my address in WhatsApp per their instructions, it tells me I did it wrong and asks if I entered it correctly. I answer yes, and it tells me to put the address in again even though it never works. this loop can repeat into infinite. I called Aramex to resolve the issue. The recording tells them I need to contact them on WhatsApp to get a response.

Bugs bugs bugs. The app confuses mobile numbers with user IDs. Can't create a new shipment. It is a pain 😥 to setup. So many bugs like it rejects perfectly valid phone numbers as invalid. The bugs prevented me from setting it up. After I spent six hours trying to setup a shipment, I ended up deleting the app. Even the support facility is unusable. There is no phone support for anything including to set up a shipment the source of Aramex's income. There is no way to contact anybody.
